Important Information
- Transportation costs are calculated separately: 1 km/according to Finnish law.
- Photos are provided in the highest resolution for printing and optimized for social media.
- Videos are delivered in Full HD and 4K formats.
- Photos and videos are delivered via cloud storage.
- You must download your photos and videos within 1 month.
- If you prefer to receive the archives on external storage devices, additional charges will apply based on the actual cost.
- After the delivery of photos and videos, we are not responsible for the storage or safety of your photo and video archives.
- To reserve the date for your shoot, a 30% deposit is required.
- If the shoot is canceled within 24 hours, the deposit is non-refundable, but the session can be rescheduled to another date.
- If the shoot is canceled on the same day, the full payment is non-refundable.
